The Born Free Tru-Clean Sterilizing System was easier to use than I thought it would be. Just plug it in, add water, load your bottles and nipples, and push the start button. Once you start the process it lights up with green and blue lights. The green lights count down for 16 minutes while your items are being sterilized. The blue lights indicate that the sterilization process is over and turns to cool down mode for 4 minutes.
When you see the one single green light on top of the power button, that means the entire process is complete and you can take your items out. The bottles are already in a drying rack so all you have to do is take it out and place them on your counter to dry. Pretty awesome! I like that you can use other bottles that are not Born Free brand. A lot of products like this usually require you to use only their brand so this is great in my opinion. Only thing is if your bottles are too tall they might not be able to fit with the dishwasher basket on top. Our bottles fit just fine though. I love that you can also fit pacifiers and other accessories in the dishwasher basket too.
I am very pleased with the Born Free True Clean Sterilizing System. It is stylish, doesn’t require much effort on your part, and best of all is BPA free. It doesn’t get too hot and didn’t sweat because of the vents up top.
