Soul Grain ~ Culturally Inclusive Granola

Disclosure: I received free product for review purposes. All opinions are my own.

It’s honestly been quite a while since I’ve written a review. However, I have been looking to get back into the swing of things. What better way than to showcase this beautiful black owned business Soul Grain! I was sent three of their delicious granola flavors, which I was stoked to give a try.

The Company Soul Grain was founded by two women, Liz a licensed nutritionist and Sylvia a pastry chef. They combined their talents to create something special. Soul Grain offers unique granola flavors like banana pudding & sweet potato casserole that are culturally inclusive.

About Soul Grain
Price: $4.65-$35.00
The founders, Sylvia (a pastry chef) and Liz (a licensed nutritionist) combined their talents to start Soul Grain. Each brought their unique interests to the brand, creating a fusion of food and culture. They share a commitment to quality and innovation, never settling for anything less than delicious. Their goal was to craft a nutritious culinary experience with granola that re-imagines its wellness benefits with a hipper slant and unique recipes. The result? A top-selling Banana Pudding that keeps customers coming back for more!

Soul Grain granola can be paired with your favorite fruit or yogurt, or simply enjoyed on its own as a light snack. Perfect for my on the go people, to have at your work desk, or packed as a part of an emergency snack kit. Wherever you may need it, you can count on Soul Grain having a light and crispy texture. Not hard and crunchy. This makes it a satisfying snack with flavors that are commonly found in soul food dishes but healthier.

I thoroughly enjoyed every flavor that was sent to me but have to say that Banana Pudding is my favorite. I love how light and airy it is, making it more enjoyable to eat with my sensitive teeth. Soul Grain granola is flavorful but won’t have you feeling guilty after eating. Even though the holidays have come to an end, think about Soul Grain as a gift. It could make an excellent gift basket filler or an addition to any fruit & yogurt tray.
