UBC Day 17: Quick update

 

 

Hello everyone,

I thought I would give you my weekly update of how I am doing with my weight loss efforts and my goals for next week. I think I did great last week with eating and exercise and am very pleased with my results for this week. Last week I said that I wanted to exercise a little bit more but only got two days in. I stuck to my healthy eating plan and drank plenty of water as usual. I started this week off with Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred and have to say it had me sweating like crazy. Check out my weight and inches loss for this week. I am moving at a healthy pace and very happy with my results so far!!

Last weeks weight: 221

This weeks weight: 218

Next week goal: 215

Total loss: 5lbs/2 weeks

Last week waist measurement: 43 in

This week waist: 42 in

Next week goal: 41 in

Total in loss: 2 in/2 weeks

Yay me!!
