Recently I was given the opportunity to sample and review some Over the Moon milk products. Over the moon is available in fat free, low fat, and chocolate and includes 34% more calcium and 37% more protein than regular milk. Helping you build better bones and feel like a better you.
My daughter and I loved the chocolate milk. It didn’t even taste like it was fat free. Usually when you see carton and fat free you automatically think nasty. At least I do. This milk was surprisingly better than what I thought it would be and having more calcium and protein than regular whole milk made me feel good about what I was drinking. How great is that?
The fat free white milk taste just like drinking regular milk to me so I didn’t feel as if I was missing a thing. With the added nutrients and vitamin D, it gets a thumbs up in my book. Overall not bad for a product that I have always passed by on the shelf of my grocery store. I was very pleased with Over the Moon and I hope this helps anyone who has never tried it and wanted to but just wasn’t sure. Definitely something I would buy in the future, especially the chocolate.
