Oh I was so happy to get these products because I am going through this having no energy and just not feeling good but let me tell you this Alsa Product works very well, it gave me energy without the hyped up feeling you get from other products. These come in packets that you pour into your water and they all taste very good, I can honestly say now I feel better and have my pep back in my step. The flavors are Pomegranate Blueberry, Dragon Fruit and Three Citrus, my favorite if I had to choose would be the Pomegranate Blueberry very good.
