So it is day two of the challenge and this is not the only challenge I have going on. Today is the first day of a two week weight loss challenge I will be doing through mammavation. I hope that this is something that will help motivate me to get my butt into gear. I have tried all year long to get motivated enough to start losing these extra pounds that have me feeling down. I have watched my weight skyrocket from 139 to 230 in less than a year and now it’s time to stop feeling sorry for myself and get moving. This will be a start of something I will stick to. I have done it before and i know i can do it again.
The two week challenge consist of eliminating soda, high fructose drinks, white bread and more. I will be drinking plenty of water and making sure I increase my fruit and veggie intake. Also, I will be following their beginner exercise plan and gradually start p90x. Please keep me in your thoughts as I need all the emotional support I can get. I hope to drop at least 5 pounds and a few inches in this next two weeks. I will keep you updated every day. Wish me luck!!
