Holiday Gift Ideas For Teens

Disclosure: I received complimentary copies for review purposes. All opinions are my own.

This year for the holidays, I will be getting my girls at least one gift that will help them along their way to a better future. Books are always a great go to since they help expand the mind and keep them off of their electronics. We were sent two books that are not only good for teens but some adults can benefit from as well. I know I did! The first one is The Proximity Principle. Now I know this was mainly sent for my Teen, but I found myself picking it up and enjoying it. Aside from blogging, I also work a full time job that lately I’ve been unhappy at. I started my blog almost 7 years ago however, along the way I started to lose interest but slowly working my way into rediscovering the reasons I fell in love in the first place. Honestly, it’s been exciting learning new ways to make it work for me and this book has helped give me the confidence I need to make it happen again!

Readers will learn how to develop the right relationships with qualified experts and peers that will help them grow. They will also discover the best places to learn, grow and acquire skills they need to land their dream job. The Proximity Principle retails for $19.99 at

The second book that we received was The Graduate Survival Guide which also includes a DVD version as well as an access code for a PDF copy of the book. This would be a fabulous stocking stuffer for your teen that may be entering college in a few years & to give them a head start for making healthier financial decisions.

About The Graduate Survival Guide: Authored by Ramsey Personality Anthony ONeal, The Graduate Survival Guide teaches high school graduates how to win with money, both now and in the future.
