I love to give gifts to the special people in my life and have always kept a gift drawer just for that reason. i have already found more then a couple of items on this etsy shop that I want to purchase! She can monogram most anything, that is awesome because I know everyone loves monogrammed items! Especially teenagers! the item I recieved is pictured above! I recieved the orange contiguous water bottle that has my monogram and I absolutely love it! I drink a lot of water and I usually carry a desposable water bottle around so now I can have this one to carry around and re-use!

PayPal is the easiest and fastest. If you send me a check, I will have to ensure that it has cleared before sending out items.
shipping details
her shipping fees are nominal. I do not make a profit from shipping/handling charges. I only charge what it actually cost to mail and ship. I use USPS or Priority Mail depending on the weight of shipment. If you would like your shipment insured, please let me know and I will add charge to your invoice. We secure all our shipments with the proper packing materials, we do not guarantee USPS shipping and damages of packages. Please insure if you are worried.
return/exchanges
All exchanges must be done with 30 days of purchase.
No exchanges on personalized products unless Paper Shay made a mistake. We will kindly correct our mistakes quickly.
Exchanges will be accepted on items that have not been used.
Your concerns ill be received with a polite response and a thoughtful resolution.
However, if it is customized please choose carefully. No returns.
