I am very impressed with my new bamboo cutting boards and happy to have cutting boards that will last a long time without having to purchase more too soon in the future. I have more than one option when it comes to size where I can use the smaller size for personal cutting. When I’m in the mood for a small plate of veggies, cheeses, and fruits, I can pull out the medium sized cutting board.
