We are always looking for ways to eliminate odors in our house. We rent an older home with a basement and dampness seems to always be attracted when it rains. We were sent this Gurin compact dehumidifier that’s great for drawing out moisture from small rooms. We have been using it in our bedroom and the living room and it’s been doing a great job at getting rid of lingering odors and removing unwanted moisture in the air.
The Gurin Electric Compact Dehumidifier uses Peltier Technology (no compressor). I love how quiet it is and you can barely tell that it’s there. It’s compact and sits right on my dresser without taking up much space. It extracts the moisture from the air and stores it in a spill-proof reservoir that causes no leaking issues. All you have to do is plug it in and it quietly dries the air without you having to do a thing. The dehumidifier features an automatic shut off switch for when the water reservoir is full and a full indicator light will alert you when the reservoir needs to be emptied.
Overall, I am impressed with this product and it’s features. I continually see it working and the resiviour filling with the water that is drawn out of our air. I can clearly tell a difference when I walk in the room and there is a completely different smell. It no longer has a bad odor without having to use air fresheners or plug ins.
