Did you know October is Breast Cancer Awareness month?
I support Breast Cancer Awareness because it’s a cause near and dear to my heart. A few years ago we lost someone very special to cancer. She lived over 10 years cancer free after the breast cancer until it came back in another form. I am so glad to have had the pleasure of knowing her and being able to spend time with her before she passed. She will always and forever be missed.
Swiffer supports Breast Cancer Awareness by partnering with Cleaning for a Reason, an organization that works with more than 1,000 local and professional maid services to bring meaning to cleaning by helping women focus their energy on fighting cancer. Since 2006, the partner maid services have volunteered their time to clean for over 17,000 women. They offer four cleanings to women with any cancer, once a month for four months.
Swiffer has created pink products, which you can pick up at Walmart. Or you can win them in this great giveaway hosted by Drugstore Divas and A Bride On A Budget. Two lucky winners will win a prize pack with a $25 Walmart gift card, plus items from Crest, Bounty, Oral B, Olay and Pantene, as well as a Swiffer Duster.
This giveaway starts now and ends at 11:59pm EST on October 13. To enter, you must be a US resident who is 18 or older. The winner(s) will be contacted via email and will have 24 hours to respond before another winner is selected.
Good luck!

My Mother had Breast cancer. she lived 10 years, then it spread to every part of her body. last year i had a bad mamagram.its time for me to have another one this month. my was ok last year. praying its ok this year. Early Detection Saves Lives.
It is very important for every woman to be aware. I know of several women who have had breast cancer and with early detection are doing fine now.
My Aunt was diagnosed last year. Luckily because of the awareness campaign she went and had it checked as soon as she found the lump and it was caught very early. She has finished chemo and doing very well now.
It is very important to me because my sister in law survived Breadst Cancer and my Uncle did too but I have had several close family members die from cancer so this is close to my heart

Thanks for the giveaway.)
My Mom had breast cancer 18 years ago and is doing great. But my Grandmother passed away from it. I think every woman, no matter what, should realize how important awareness is.
