My daughters love crafts and do it yourself kind of items. That’s why the Boondoogle Lanyard maker was just what we needed! My daughter received one to review and below you will find her thoughts on the product. I also had the chance of making a couple myself. I loved making these when I was growing up and impressed that it was something kids still enjoyed.
My Daughter’s personal thoughts:
I personally loved it and how I could customize each keychain myself. It was fun to make projects but very difficult at first. I liked the vibrant colors of the colored wire and added accessories. It was a nice experience to do this on my own. It was hard at first but when I finally got the hang of it, it became much easier.
One improvement I would suggest is to add more styles to the box when you first get it. However, I do love the informative videos that you can find online on their website. One thing i wished they could do is show many more ways that were less difficult such as showing a way you can do on your hands. Maybe they could even show how to make braids that you make in your hair.
Overall, this was a great product in which me and the oldest had fun making our own key chains with. There are so many different designs you can do with it and even make up a few on your own. The holidays are coming up so if you have a young lady on your list that enjoys projects and DIY, this would make an excellent gift!
