Are you a fan of General Mills cereals like I am? I grew up on cereals like Cheerios and they are still one of my favorites to eat as an adult. Just add some fruit like banana’s and/or strawberries and you have an awesome afternoon or morning snack! Did you know that some of your favorite Big G Cereals have gone Retro and you can purchase them exclusively at Target?
For a limited time this month only, you can celebrate “A Delicious Debut” of classic breakfast cereals favorites featuring their original packaging from their first public appearance: Cheerios – 1945, Lucky Charms – 1964, Honey Nut Cheerios – 1979, Cinnamon Toast Crunch – 1984, and Reese’s Peanut Puffs – 1994. And while the look may be a nostalgic, each comes packed with all the same whole grains and nutrition that customers have come to know and love.
We were sent the five boxes of cereal for our family to enjoy. The girls and I loved them! They have the same great flavors but with original packaging. I for one love the packaging and think it’s pretty neat that our children can see what the packaging looked like when each cereal first debuted. It’s like they are getting a little bit of history in their favorite cereals. They now have something cool to take to school and teach their peers and teachers.
If you haven’t already, head to Target and pick up one your favorite Big G Cereals, grab a spoon, and go retro!!! For a limited time, Target shoppers can find great savings on select Big G cereals by visiting here.
