The Shiatsu+ Vibration massage pillow is easy to use. Just plug it up and push the power button. Use the power button to toggle between features. There is also a comfort flap that allows you to cover up the massage nodes if they are a little too rough of a massage for you. I love that this is included. Some times you need a little more soothing massage and other times you want a more intense massage. It totally depends on the person and situation.
