Take Your Dog To Work Day

Have you ever taken you dog to work? Until recently, I have not heard of such a holiday. Now that I know about it, I think it’s a truly cool idea. If I had a smaller, more well behaved pooch then I would definitely consider it. Good thing I work from home so I don’t really have to worry about it.

If you have never heard of Take Your Dog to work day, then read on. Bil~Jac has a pretty neat pinterest contest going on from now until May 30 with a chance to win prizes and more.

A little about Bil~Jac and the contest

Bil~Jac is a family owned company that was born in 1947. They are hosting this contest “Take Your Dog To Work” for dog lovers across the US to have an opportunity to win dog treats and food coupons by sharing a photo of their dog at work. Take Your Dog To Work Day is celebrated nationally June 21 of every year to honor loyal pets and their owners that count on them for important work related responsibilities.

How to enter

Share your favorite photos of your dog at work on facebook, pinterest, twitter (@BilJacDogFood), or on the Bil~Jac website.

After June 1 you can vote daily for your favorite Dog at Work pictures on Bil-Jac’s pinterest board. The picture with the most votes before 6/30/13 wins $100 worth of Bil~Jac premium dog food and treats!
