SmartBowl is glass bowls with silicone smart lids you use to microwave foods, meals, and more in the microwave safely. You can use these bowls to prep, cook, serve and store foods. The bowls are made of high quality blown borosilicate glass. Very lightweight and thin which increases the heat and allows food to cook faster. The bowls have thermal shock resistance which allows the bowl to withstand extreme temperature changes. The silicone lid is medical made, flexible, and stain resistant. The lid channel lock seals into the bowl when you push lid down to seal in moisture. The top of the bowl which looks like a tiny handle in the middle is the steam vent and regulates pressure in the bowl and allows food to cook through the steam and cook evenly. Pretty cool bowl. The Smartbowl system is BPA free, microwave, dishwasher, oven, freezer, and fridge safe.
