Thing are a bit reversed for me, in High School during the height of puberty my face was relatively blemish free. But once I hit adulthood, and specifically after my first child, I ended up with a horrible case of cystic acne. And I already suffer from eczema so my skin is definitely sensitive on so many levels. Well I tried every cream/lotion/cleanser that I could find to try and stop the outbreaks. Nothing would both clear them up and not aggravate my other skin condition. Clearing acne does no good when you end up completely frying your skin and getting patches of eczema scales on the face.
And yes, I have tried many of the brands out there right now, from Proactiv to Acne Clear, to dietary changes. Whenever stress reared its ugly head, I would get outbreaks. And I do not know if you have ever suffered through a bout of cystic acne, but it is traumatic, embarrassing, and sometimes painful! I’d catch myself rubbing or trying to pop one of the blisters, and next thing you’d know I would have a bunch of mini band aides on my face to try and stop myself from worrying them and making everything worse.
Well I decided to give Neutralyze a try.
It has the similar step approach for skincare that many big brands use, a gentle face cleanser, a spot treatment, and a synergizer. For all three of the bottles, a little bit will cover a lot of skin. I tentatively gave it a go, and was relieved when I did not have any eczema flareups. Of course you do have to be careful when you are using any acne control products for going out in the sun afterwards, but I use Neutralyze as my night care routine.
Within a week my skin was starting to clear up, I was still getting some smaller bumps since your skin does take some time to ‘decontaminate’ itself when you start a new routine. Week two I noticed the entire outbreak I had on my chin was gone. By week three my pores were starting to tighten up and the blackheads were much less noticeable. Through this all, it was gentle enough that I did not end up with dry patches or red spots. And my skin felt so refreshed after I washed and patted dry. Very surprised and happy that there was a product helping me combat my cystic acne.
Now my condition is moderate, and if you have a more severe form of acne breakouts, you can definitely use this twice a day. You don’t have to buy any crazy brushes or refillable pads, just the three little bottles and you have a month supply. And best of all, you can order right through Amazon and take advantage of their 2-Day shipping (if you are a Prime member) with little to no fuss. Their customer service is top notch and they are always ready to help you.
If you are as skeptical as I am about how Neutralyze will work for you, I have a great offer for you! Thanks to the generosity of the company, I will be able to giveaway 6 sets of Neutralyze!
