If you and your significant other enjoy having a glass of wine together, don’t forget to grab a box of Black Box Wines this Valentines Day! These premium wines are produced from premier wine growing regions and have won 40 gold metals in wine competitions. Wow!! That’s pretty amazing right!! We were sent a box of their Red Elegance wine which displays juicy red fruit along with ripe blueberries. I’m going to be honest, when I first tasted it I really didn’t like it. That’s because I was drinking it all wrong! This is the perfect flavor for Valentines Day especially if you or your loved ones enjoy those chocolaty treats. Pairing this wine with chocolate based desserts and sweets make an excellent combo and actually brings out the flavor in this wine. This proves that taking a little more time to read and educate myself on what pairs well can change my entire perception of wines I may have stuck my nose up to in the past.
Black Box Wines offer so many red and white wine flavors that I am excited to grab the next time my husband and I want to try a new wine. Moscoto has always been a favorite of mine so i’m very eager to try this one next. Each box contains the equivalent of (4) 750 ml bottles of wine but is much easier to store and doesn’t require you to remove that pesky corkscrew. I love that it’s easy to open and lasts up to 4 weeks after opening. Did I mention that it’s also easy to pour since all you do is place your glass underneath the spout and push the red button? On top of that, the box is eco friendly plus fully recyclable and takes far less energy to store and transport. Great tasting wine that helps our environment and easy on your wallet? You had me at hello!!

Box wines in general have sort of a funny stigma to them, I think, but I really enjoy the black box wines – a nice way to have good wine on hand without always having to open a new bottle.

I secretly love boxed wine because it lasts longer once opened and I’m the only wine drinker in our house. I’ll have to try this brand.
