Dad is going to love this M-12C Shredder by Fellowes. It’s important to shred those old papers so account numbers, social security numbers, and other sensitive information is disposed of properly. Our old shredder has been dead for a while so hubby has been burning them in our fire pit. I know there had to be an easier way, that’s why I was so glad to be introduced to this shredder. As soon as hubby opened the box he was oohing and aahing. He hadn’t even plugged it up yet and already was loving it.
The design and finish is what caught his eyes first. What did he call it? The Rolls-Royce of shredders is what I remember. I couldn’t stop laughing at that one. He is such a comedian. I have to admit, the appeal of this shredder is really nice but that is not the best part. We all want something that is going to be worth what we pay for it. Right? Well, the M-12C shredder definitely lives up to the hype and is worth every penny in my opinion.
Hubby and I found it very easy and safe to use. You can shred one piece of paper or up to 12 at a time with this shredder. It easily shreds credit cards, paper clips, and staples as an added convenience. The safe sense technology automatically disables your shredder when your hand touches the paper opening. There are also photos on the top of your shredder showing what is and is not a safe way to use it.
The cross-cut blades of this shredder destroys a single sheet of paper into 399 particles (wow!), making it nearly impossible to piece back together. This is what our paper looked like when we got done using it the first time. Could you imagine trying to piece all that back together? You’d have to have some serious patience. Emptying your shredder is now easier than ever. Just pull out the drawer and empty your shredded papers. You can also see how empty or full your shredder is by looking in the clear window.
Fellowes is definitely changing the way we look at shredders with the M-12C. It has the design, functionality, and safety features any dad would be more than happy to receive as a Father’s Day gift.
