Hey everyone!! It’s week two and it has been a much better one. I did a great job at sticking to my plan. I only lost 1 pound again but that is a total of 2 pounds!! I am happy with any number lost. My favorite meals this week, hands down is the three cheese chicken. I did a better job at writing my meals down in my daily planner which helps out a lot. I try to eat every 2-3 hours and drink plenty of water. I have to do a little better on getting some exercise in but I feel I am still in the right direction. Can’t wait to see what week 3 brings.
