I get headaches frequently. Lots of times I am in the bed laying down for a while when these terrible migraines hit. They are uncomfortable and I can’t stand them. Motrin helps but many times it doesn’t and I am left feeling miserable. When I was presented with the chance to review the Thermal Aid headache relief system, I was more than happy to give it a try.

The package comes with an eye pack, headache cream, and instructions. The system is very easy to use and is an natural alternative to taking medications. The instructions informed me to place the eye pack in the freezer for at least 6 hours so that’s what I did. It was a few days before I felt a headache coming on so my eye pack was nice and cool. All I had to do was use a small amount of the headache cream, massage it on my temples and forehead, put on the eye pack, and lay down for about 15 minutes. The eye pack wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be but I could feel my headache easing up as I relaxed. To be real I almost fell asleep there I was so relaxed.

The eye pack and headache relief cream are an amazing duo. The cream works as a safe pain reliever, while the eye pack helps to block light and apply subtle pressure to ease forehead and temple tension. I could definitely feel a difference when I got up. My headache wasn’t completely gone but it was just about. I have continued to use the Thermal Aid Headache relief system whenever a headache comes on. It keeps me from having to take aspirin or Motrin to relieve my bad headaches.

The Thermal Aid Headache relief system is 100% natural and recommended for migraines, tension, and stress headaches. It helps to promote relaxation and sleep so it is safe to use during sleeping. I love my Thermal Aid Headache Relief System.

My favorite way to relax is to curl up by the fire in the winter with a good book and a cup of hot cocoa.
