My girls are a little older so I hadn’t heard of Mike the Knight before now. I knew this would be perfect for my nephew because he loves to pretend, play dress up, and has a very great imagination. He had been coming over and spending some days with Auntie while his mom was at work so this went directly to him. Welcome to Mikes World is great activity book where him and his mommy can read and color together. Mike the Knight, Knight in Training is a DVD that the entire family can watch together while the kids can learn valuable lessons and how to be a great Knight. There was also a play toy sword and shield for him to act out some of the scenes while the movie is playing. I love that these items are something he can also bring with him when he comes to Aunties house to play. Mike the Knight is very educational but still helps your child bring out his/her inner imagination.

Yes! My 3 year old son has seen the show a few times and loved it. I liked getting to show a little about that awesome time period. We can no longer afford cable though so it would be great if he could have the DVD to be able to see it again!
