Newmans Own Organic

I received a package at my doorstep not too long ago from Newmans Own Organics. It was filled with all these scrumptious snacks you see here and boy are they yummy. My snack cabinet has never been so full. Best of all they are all organic. What is organic you might say? I too had the same question but knew that this was a good thing. Simply put, organic foods are made in a way that limits the use of synthetic materials during production, making it healthier for you and the environment. Now that we have gotten that out of the way, lets talk about some of my favorites from this package.

Fig Newmans: 

This was the very first thing I opened. I love fig newtons and I was shocked at how good these were. I am ashamed to say that between me and my six year old these were pretty much gone the first day. The husband was pretty upset he only got about three of these.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies: 

Oh my goodness, these were so good! You had to literally pry these from my fingers, they were just that good. The cookies are snack size so they’re small enough for the kiddies.

Sour Strawberry licorice:

These seemed to be one of the first to go. They reminded me so much of the sweet snack that I used to love growing up. Going to the farmers market with my mom and leaving with a slew of candy. Don’t let the name fool you. They have a coating of sugar and are not as sour as you might think. It is just the right amount of sweetness. I found it hard to put the package down. If I didn’t know any better I would have eaten a whole pack by myself in one sitting.

Newmans Own mighty mini pretzels:

Pretzels have always been my favorite so when I saw these included in my package I claimed these babies as mine! What an awesome on the go snack to take with you to work, school, or just a little road trip.

Our family was extremely please with the contents that was sent us. I could not keep the kids from dipping into the snack cabinet so that is a big thumbs up.
