UBC Day 10: Celebrating my Small Accomplishments

I thought I would give you an update of my weight loss efforts for this week. I am happy to say I am down 2 pounds and have lost an inch off of my waist. Yay me!! Although it is not what I was hoping for it still is a great step in the right direction and I am very glad to have lost anything at all. I exercised four times last week, made sure to eat healthy during the week, and drank plenty of water. I did have some ice cream but I refuse to beat myself up over it. Sometimes you have to enjoy and not limit yourself from each and everything. With that being said I am pushing even harder this week at upping my exercise and trying something different. My husband got p90x so I am expecting to start that sometime by the end of the week. If not, then it will be business as usual which is walking, Jillian Micheals, and Zumba. Wish me luck!
