It is so hard  to keep our families to stay healthy with all the Fast Food  Places and we all are in a hurry to get home and rest and also get the kids to do homework, getting ready for the next day.  Things they are in our everyday lives. There are so many calories in the food we eat, we never eat healthy foods that our bodies need .
