We were sent this neat prize package that included 5 free product coupons, a branded apron, spatula, and 2 oven mitts. That is everything I needed to feel like a chef for a day. Tonight I was looking for something quick and easy for my family and I to enjoy. While on their site searching for recipes, I came across a little curve to your normal blt sandwich. My husband loves blt’s so I thought this would be a perfect way to mix it up a bit. I headed to the market and picked up my ingredients. Gorton’s fish sandwich fillets, turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, and hamburger buns. This was the end result.

Dinner not only was quick and easy, but it was delicious. The fish fillet was light and crispy and we paired our fish blt’s with some sweet and spicy sweet potato fries. Perfect meal that got us out of our food rut. The next time we try these we are going to do the buffalo fish fillets we saw on the back of the package. Want to hear a cool story? While I was at the market finding my ingredients for a meal, I ran into someone in the frozen food section. They were trying to find the same fish sandwich fillets as me and asked if I could see them. I showed them where they were and handed her one of my free product coupons. She was so thankful it made my day. Well, the moral of the story is, you don’t have to run into me in the market. Gortons is offering the same package I recieved to one of my readers. Yay!! Talapia it’s the only fish besides Gorton’s that isn’t fishy smelling when you cook it.
