i would make fried chicken and tempura and fries and anythign else i can think of to fry!! This would be so much eaiser than using my cast iron dutch oven >.<

My problem is I am ruining my surface on my range from all of the oil that gets onto it so am considering a fryer.

Everything!!!!!! I love deep fried hot dogs, french fries, home made chicken fingers, onion rings, deep fried oreos (delicious), pierogies, popcorn shrimp, battered fish, fried chicken, broccoli bites, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, i could go on and on!!!!!!

Oh, how I need that fryer! Being a Western New Yorker living in the South, I have the hardest time searching for and finding Buffalo wings that are the true Buffalo Wings. If I had the “Mac Daddy” of fryers like this, I would be able to make my own, along with several other great meals & treats that we avoid now, because we don’t have a deep fryer.

I would love to cook with this fryer. It would be so nice to be able to make dinner and have the option for multiple things to be fried at once. I could make shrimp and fries or chicken strips and fries. This time of year I could also fry morels and fish. That would be great.
If I won this Double Deep Fryer I would use it to cook anything from checken tenders, chicken wings, shrimp, onion rings, fries etc., etc., etc. This fryer would be great for parties, and other special Holiday gatherings.
