I get my children to eat their fruits and veggies by serving fresh items that look appealing, and taste appealing in recipes that they enjoy.

I used to get my kids to eat veggies by serving them as finger food with Ranch Salad dressing as a dip or if they were cooked, always with lots of cheese. Fruits were never a problem 🙂

My daughter loves her fruit, her veggies I have to get creative either make faces or animals out of and sometimes a little ranch

I have minced them and put them in spaghetti sauce before.. but usually just telling them that if they want to have dessert they have to eat their vedgies usually works!!

  5. Sue Wilson says

I was lucky, my kids liked fruit especial dipped in a yogurt fruit dip. Veggies they liked raw, and adding sauces to cooked veggies was also success.

i have no trouble getting her to eat fruit but veggies are difficult. I sometimes make juices and sneak veggies in

Fruit is easy, the veggies we struggle with a bit. We try cooking them different ways, sauces and cheese – whatever she says it needs to eat it.

  8. Gaye M says

My children have always loved fruit. Vegetables often required cheese on top or for them to be incorporated into the main dish, like a pot pie or stew.

  9. Vikki Billings says

I have never had any trouble getting my kids to eat fruit but with veggies, I always added them to what we were eating, like chicken and dumplings with corn and green beans. They loved every bite!

  10. Joyce says

Chopping veggies into small pieces that can be hidden helps. Also making silly things out of veggies makes eating them more fun!
