My Review

Dr. Seuss books have been around every since I can remember. As a little girl green eggs and ham, The Cat in the Hat, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas were among my favorites. When I grew up and had children of my own it was always an excitement when I saw those books still around. That is why when I got accepted to review this remastered DVD set I was extremely happy. I knew the kids would be just as happy and excited when it came. Immediately upon arriving they wanted it opened and have watched it just about every day since. As I watched it, I could hear myself reciting almost every single word along with the DVD. I love that nothing was taken away from what I remember reading as a child. This movie is highly recommended and is something the entire family, even adults can enjoy in my opinion. I give it five out out of five stars and the quality is great even for regular DVD. Although I feel it was a bit short I would not mind watching it over and over again with my little girls.

Love Dr. Seuss! We have mostly ll the books, I loved them growing up and now share the same stories along with some new ones with my daughter. She’s 2-1/2 and I’m a single mom so any movie at all that’s a distraction to give me peace for a little to get something done is a blessing! We love dvds and tv in this house!!!!
